I just downgraded my laptop to windows 7 and I tried downloading google chrome for the first time but I stupidly clicked on the wrong link that was not google chrome and it downloaded bunch of malware and spyware that my current antivirus (avast, malwarebytes) cannot trace.

In addition, every time I open my google chrome browser I am led to another search bar browser automatically. I can't find a way to fix this.

I need a step by step help on clearing my laptop. Thank you!
