Hi campton :)

The Recycle Bin should be located on your desktop. If you don't see it, it's most likely because you removed it from there. To put it back, right-click on the desktop and select Personalise. From there, click on Change desktop icons in the left pane and make sure that the Recycle Bin is checked. If it's not, check it and click on Apply. You could also click on the Restore Default button. Additionally, if he you want to access the Recycle Bin from the Windows Explorer, it's located in the C:\$Recycle.Bin folder. To see if you, you must check Show hidden files, folders and drivers and uncheck Hide protected operating system files (recommended in the Folder Options. Does that answer your question? :)
