No bootable device

i have a problem with my toshiba laptop satalite which i just degraded,from windows 8.1 to windows 7

because it had a secure boot not configured so it was not working well.i took the harddrive and i installed it to my desktop and installed windiws 7 and when place it back it says No bootable device--please restart sysytem. even though the harddrive installed with an oparating system.what else can do.even my windows 7 OS does not boot on this machine.what can i do?

format the laptop hard drive while it is hooked up to your other computer,

 

after its formatted put it back into the laptop,

 

next, using your other computer, create a bootable windows install device (usb drive or cd) from a windows ISO FILE

 

use the bootable device you created to install windows on the laptop

how can i creat bootable windows (CD) from a windows ISO FILE.can you explain more.
