Command Prompt Winxp

I would like to change between files and folders using winxp cmd.exe, it will transfer back using cd.. but will not add more folder options - that is how do I add more folder options to my command prompt so that I can open th files in those directories?

Do you you mean using safe mode with command prompt?


Start>programs>accessories>command prompt

Can you give us an example of "add more folder options to my command prompt" ?
