I hope I'am in the correct forum to ask my question.

Here is what I have been experiencing.

WebSpeed error from messenger process (6019)

WebSpeed Agent Error: Agent did not return an HTML page (6383)

I have 3  different websites that I make payments online to.

one in particular in the sign in area on this website I can no longer sign into won't do anything.

can't click on the sign into area.

What have I done to try to correct this.

I ran a command prompt and error message was protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.

after that error

I ran a command prompt for DISM.execleanup

then a DISM.exe restore health.

came back 100% Ok.

After that I reset microsoft settings and cleared cache and cookies.

and all that.

and restarted.

But I still have the web speed error message when I try to log on to this one website.

the website I'am trying to log into is a verified website.

I have a windows 8 64-bit

any suggestions

would be great.

Thanks for reading.
