Hello this sound system is 3 days old cost 97 quid.
The Subwoofer, stretches (kicking to hard) too much causing it to hit the grill, witch end up damaging the subwoofer and makes music sound awful. There are no equalizers installed on the computer. This happens when volume is turned below 50%
Isit it ment to do this thanks!

No, the speaker cone should not hit the grill.

Is the speaker cone actually hitting the grill or is the grill flexing because of the air from the speaker being pushed against it?
