I have been working as an IT tech for 9 months now,

I can troubleshoot and clean up virus pretty good. but  what i can never fix is an infected DLL error.

i was opening mstsc and then this popup comes up

mstsc.exe - Bad Image

C:\ProgramData\{9A88E103-A20A-4EA5-8636-C73B709A5Bf8}\whealogr.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again isuning the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for suppor.

this dosesnt make sense to me at all because there is a whealgr.dll in my system32.

i would assume that this is a virus.

i went in the programdata file  and it was there. now i'm aware that if i delete this folder it would fix it. but but but. i also know that A BSOD is on the way.

i have tried it before with other Programdata dll errors i had in the past.

I have ran all neccesarry software to remove viruses but still didn't fix.

ran sfc /scannow, ran chkdsk, ran combofix, ran adwcleaner, i haven't ran malwarebyte as i'm sure it's not gonna fix it.

also is there a DLL file cleaner or fix or anything like that.

thank you for your help in advance.

take care you'll

i'm gonna answer my own problem

this was tough but got through it.
i did, sfc /scannow. chkdisk
I ran adwcleaner, combo fix, hitman pro.
usually these softwares will take care of it. but it didn't
then i ran malwarebyte still no luck.
then i tried to do a custom scan with malwarebte to the programdata folder where the error was. And then it detected it as a trojan.
all is good error is not popping out and programdata folder looks neat and clean
