keyboard doesnt connect

I bought a new keyboard and every now and then it doesn't connect properly can anyone help me?

HI I can probably fix the problem for you it seems like it could be a problem with the drivers on the keyboard as they may not have installed when the keyboard was first plugged in, Follow this;


1 - Go the start Menu

2 - Right click computer on and click properties

3 - Click device manager and locate the keyboard

4 - Double click the keyboard and click check for drivers


Failing this return the keyboard for a new one as it may be broken

Explain "doesn't connect properly".
Is it wired or wireless?
