Screen Looks Odd After Using Operating System Cd

I have an HP Pavilion zv5000. It's Home Edition.

I used the Operating System CD, and I set it up and everything. But the screen(everything--task bar, wallpaper, icons, font, etc) looks huge and wide, and the text is blurry. And it takes longer than usually to scroll while looking at websites.

I print-screened it, it looks like this:

It's not really that noticable, but it sure is to me. In that picture, the icons look especially wide.

Please help!! :thumbsup:

Nevermind.

I had to install the Driver Recovery CD...
