Anytime I am working either in IE or Microsoft word or even viewing the forums on this site, when I put my cursor at the bottom of the desktop to either use the start button or pull up explorer files, I get a running circle and it tells me Windows Explorer has stopped working - gives me three choices, to close the program, wait for the program or restart.  Does anyone know why this continues to happen?

is there a different forum I should be posting this on in order to get some help?

I've attached some more logs from my computer.
