copy recovery partition from HDD to SSD

I am running windows 8.1 and was using a standard HDD and now I have purchased a SSD. I would like to copy the recovery partition from the old HDD to the new SSD. What is the simplest way to accomplish this? Please note that I do not want to copy the entire HDD over to the SSD, I would just like to copy the recovery partition. Thanks.

Do you want to be able to boot or use the recovery partition on the SSD? What is the make and model pc?
