see if this works
To change how the mouse buttons work
  1. Open Mouse by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Hardware, and then clicking Mouse.
  2. Click the Buttons tab, and then do any of the following: To swap the functions of the right and left mouse buttons, select the Switch primary and secondary buttons check box.

firstly you would go to start, click control panel, click hardware then choose mouse. from there click the buttons tab and check the box saying switch primary and secondary buttons.
