Hi all, I currently have my neighbors laptop that has been acting strange (not my words). I have run Avira that found 1 trojan              and Malwarebytes that found 609 non malware problems.

At this time Avira wont open I have no idea why and malwarebytes does not want to display a log once again I have no idea why.

Would any kind member be able to run me through a few programs in a bid to save this laptop.

Edit to add Avira found TR/Crypt.zpack.98896

Based on that definition you have a trojan. This is probably not a good sign, although it could be a false positive.

Please follow this guide on how to request help from a trained helper.
