how do i find out cpu socket type for ibm thinkpad r500 laptop?

hi,I am going to get the fan fixed on my mums thinkpad r500 soon and thought I may aswell upgrade the cpu aswell but I don't know the socket type for the cpu and was wondering where I could get this info without going into the laptop?

how would I find out which cpus it can be upgraded with?

Here are the specs for the Thinkpad r500. If you look at the available CPU's, they are all Socket P.
