Ok so i have a msi gt72 laptop which is roughly only 7 weeks old, but now i get some BSOD's at random times there is normally no reason for it too happen its just completely random

Using the app bluescreen viewer i was able to get the codes and errors so i hope this helps. Im not sure how show logs or what programs would help but ill just post as much info as i can too help :)

normally the reason it closing is

Hello,

Are you sure you're running Windows 8? Because the error code you have is a problem on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008, a fix for it can be found here.
This fix will NOT work on Windows 8.

Pleas tell me your correct Operation System, Windows 7 or Windows 8 and I will look if needed for a fix for your OS.

Best of luck! :thumbup2:

Hi,

Try uninstall that driver and then install the last version.

When installing the driver it does a uninstall of the driver. Do you mean manually?

Yes, manual uninstall the driver and then install.

Done that, the program still says im running a older verision even though i have installed that program after uninstalling the driver, Ill wait to see if it happens again unless theirs a better solution?

Noteable there is a BIOS Update that was recently released, but im not sure if a bios update will help at all.

http://www.msi.com/support/nb/GT72-2QD-Dominator.html#down-bios

That is my laptop and model. Im fairly sure all my drivers are update to date
