Original Flash Player deletes itself when run and fails to download

Really weird,downloaded it from the official Adobe page.Something like this newer happened to me.This is a fresh Windows 8.1 installation so there is no viruses.

Try downloading the .exe file for your browser HERE and install offline. Close your browser before installing.
