problems with re-registering webstore apps on windows 8

sorry but i,am a novice with computers. i have a problem i keep having to re-register my app store in windows 8. i have run a scan on my computer and it has come up with these results that the troubleshooter cant fix. i have posted the results below. could anybody tell me whats wrong and how to fix it please. please remember that i,am new to computers and you will have to explain in idiot terms...thanks    Attached File  sfcdetails.txt   52.22KB   12 downloads

I have the same problems.  The detailed page on the Store and the Troubleshooter usually (not always) sorts out the problem for me ----  I am looking for it now but I cannot get any results from Search for some reason.

jade 16  ---- did you try turning on 1.Automatically Update Apps 2. Syncing Apps? 

 

I found the Troubleshooters (there are two of them)
