How To Remove Jkkll.dll Files

Hi ,
I am working as System Admin.
I have recived the error message relates to Trojan.Awax and file pointhing to jkkll.dll in System 32 folder.

Pls help me how to remove that from my computer.

I have tried to unregister that file using the Run. But it hasn't allowed to remove that from my computer.
I have run the Hijackthis tool also.
Pls help me.

That sounds like Vundo, but I will need to see a Hijackthis log to be certain.
