Need format and Partician Software

Im installing a new drive (replaceing) and removing my old drive. I cant find software that is

bootable on a dvd that will do this. I want to put win  7 on the new drive. My old drive had

win XP on it.

The WIndows 7 install disk is bootable and will automatically partition and format the drive for you.
