Possible hardware problem. Please Help!?!

I just built my first PC and i keep getting these Computer freezes where the whole system locks up and NOTHING is responsive. It usually occures when i am loading into a game or something of that matter. Earlier today i was playing H1Z1 and i switched from high settings to ultra and the whole computer completely freezed up! rarely it will just freeze on the desktop. Please help. Ask anything.

 

Mother Board: Asus Sabertootth 990FX R2.0

Cpu: AMD Fx 9590 Temp: Around 32-42 degrees Celcius

Gpu: Evga Gtx 970 ACX 2.0 Superclocked Temp: 35-53 degrees Celcius

Ram: 8Gb Corsair Vengence (The Blue Stick)
