Ah, and who says this generation doesn't care? I would say that Mr. Rubin has done a great public service and I for one am considering downloading his app. That, and along with how they vote, is always interesting reading.

I want an app that shows what's in a politician's portfolio, and the action that goes on within it as they vote on legislation concerning industries that they invest in.
