I have lost everything for a user under the /Users folder.  I don't see their name.  From disk utility it repaired it but there is still nothing showing up.

So I've set it up using Disk Drill.

I'm currently running a deep scan using the disk drill software i purchased. The disk is plugged in externally.

I wanted to know how to interpret what its recovering ?  As I don't believe it puts the directory structure of a mac os back. It simply recovers files.

Has anyone used a data recovery software for MAC that puts back the directory structure (ie /Users) ?
