One year ago while on work laptop in Microsoft exchange outlook (Enterprise) I started having issue. Someone saying they were with Microsoft Technet posted a log in my computer but my IT dept won't tell me what happened. I work for local govmt agency and have had numerous Computer issues around Microsoft Outlook and Lync not running. I am on my 6th laptop from work. Network drivers change on their own, monitors turn off, wifi connects without me connecting it. My Blackberry appeared to have been hacked as service provider changed from Sprint to T-Mobile with numerous browsers getting installed. I tried to get My work IT to change out my phone but they said it was fine. One year later I still have same blackberry phone and have turned off all data for browsers. My personal iPhone and iPad both have similar issues with passwords changing, books downloading in iTunes that I didn't download. My pictures keep trying to upload to ICloud without me ever turning on iCloud. Remote Desktop connections show up on laptop and desktop computers. I used to get redirected to Windows Privacy site daily, laptop turns itself on in car and will connect to Bluetooth without me ever telling it to. Apple and Verizon replaced iPhone and iPad and did numerous re-sets but issues continue. A Chinese keyboard uploads to ICloud and I never installed. My home pic DVD player opens/closes/runs with no DVD and no one on computer. My car DVD player was also running 30 minutes after car was turned off in garage. My work VoIP phone sometimes shows a headset connected when no headset is connected. I can't fix my work networking issues, but would like someone to advise if my home network router is secure. I called Internet provider for assistance but they are worthless. I reset browser numerous times but it changes settings on own. I ran HE Network App on iPad but don't know how to read it. These issues have been ongoing for one year and people think I am just paranoid and just want my sanity back.
