I just did a scan and the program states it blocked a potentially unwanted program

vendor: PUP.Optional.Wajam.A

Path: C:\Program files(x86)...netEnhancerService.exe

Should I delete this file

UnluckyGeek, Malwarebytes - free or Pro?  Reason for asking: you can schedule weekly scans with Pro.  Both my Malwarebytes and Emsisoft catch stuff early on.  If not, hey, I'll simply follow the instructions by the staff here, get clean, stay clean.
