I bought a new pair of headphones that uses a standard 3.5mm minijack. This is a problem as my speakers are plugged into my soundcard, so I figured I would just use the motherboard jack to power my headphones. No audio comes from them. I go into my playback devices and all I have is my sound card and my television (that is using hdmi). I have checked the disabled devices and all that is there is the old S/PDIF that I used for my previous headset. I have checked device manager and there are 2 sound options, ASUS Xonar DG Audio Device (my sound card) and AMD High Definition Audio Device. So I'm not 100% sure that the second is MOBO since ASRock is my MOBO brand. I have gone to the website and downloaded and installed the RealTek driver, but still no change.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
