Please download AdwCleaner.

  • Double-click the adwcleaner.exe to run the tool.
  • Click Scan.
  • When the scan is finished, click Report and a Notepad window will be opened.
  • Please post the contents here in your topic.

Can't you use a USB flash drive and plug it into another working computer? From there, you can download and save AdwCleaner on the drive and plug it back into the faulty computer. Save AdwCleaner on the faulty computer and run the program from there.

If AdwCleaner is enough for that type of malware (adware being more appropriate), Clean will do it. However, I often wish to have a look at the logs before clicking Clean. Sometimes it can remove false positives, which it flags occasionally, unfortunately.

netfilter64.sys should be removed. It interferes with your Internet connection. Did you click Clean?

It's in your AdwCleaner log. That was before clicking Clean?
