When downloading and installing the latest version of Google Chrome. (30.0.2171.95 m)

Does Chrome Remote Desktop plugin get installed by default?

I have already installed it without downloading on my work pc, should I be worried?

From what I know, Chrome Remote Desktop does not come with Chrome by default.

You might want to check your Chrome installation.

Did you have it installed in a previous version on your computer? If so, it wont disappear with upgrades.

Otherwise, chrome should not be coming with that by defualt.

In fact I checked my colleagues pc's, and Chrome Remote Desktop is installed in all other computers in our office.

And we do not have any supervisor, we have all custom installed and formated every pc by ourself.

So our pc-s use different Win 7 systems 32/64 bit, different antiviruses, different formatting disk etc.

I just installed a brand new copy on a virtual machine that never had it installed and it did not install Chrome Remote Desktop automatically.
