emiesitelist and com surrogate

I am trying to remove emiesitelist/abrgdcjjfrn/qrggkdfmg and windows\syswow64 from my computer running windows 7. I have downloaded farbar but cannot seem to get a fixlist for it to work can anyone tell me how to get one so I can get this thing working right again?

Please...do not run malware tools such as FRST on your own.
