I have a Dell computer running Windows 7 Pro x64, random programs showing high CPU usage causing up to 100% CPU usage for the PC.

Another clue is that Internet Options keeps getting changed to Advanced/Download/File Download/Disabled.  Changing it to enabled stays for a while then flips back.

Lots of temp files being created in C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\Temp.  Even when in Safe Mode and no browser running.

Have run Malwarebytes with no problems found.  After running a couple of online free scanners, Panda reported Trj/Thuma, but upon removal/reboot, a rescan showed it still there. It only removes this problem temporarily. PLEASE HELP ME, I do not have the original windows 7 cd anymore it was lost a while back...

If you don't mind reinstalling Windows, go here and choose the correct one for your computer: http://www.techverse.net/download-windows-7-iso-x86-x64-microsofts-official-servers/

Best to start over instead of going through the headaches of isolating the problem.  Just save your good stuff to an outside source.
