Hi there,

I have been having problems with a laptop connecting and staying connected to WiFi. I bought an extender and even a USB WiFi adapter and still having the same problem. Well my son was helping me with it yesterday and presses the WiFi off button on the router and now the it's not popping up on any device (phone, laptop, tablet). Not sure what happened. Please help

Thanks

Can you tell us what kind of router it is. Have you also tried hitting the same button that he hit to turn it off?

Do routers need to replaced every few years? I bought this one a few years ago.
