I let a family member use my computer for the internet. They told me that they never downloaded many of the programs that had shortcuts on the desktop. I deleted/uninstalled some of them because they looked suspicious. Now I'm having random pauses where I can't minimize or x out of anything, with the cursor on the loading phase. I tried running DDS but it said it wasn't meant to run in compatibility mode. Attached please find the two files that were created by FRST64.

Thank you very much in advance.
