I wanted to build a computer but i having problem choosing the specs.

This is my chosen spec - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/pfZ6P6

I don't know which Cooler Master power supply unit to choose as I support Cooler Master.

I play games like League of Legends and can I play this game higher than 60 fps?

Sorry for my bad english.

A 500W PSU should be enough for GTX 740: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wRWN99

And yes, you should be able to play LoL on this build at 60fps.

You are also missing a case for the computer.  If you play games more demanding than LoL, that graphics card may have issues if running at high settings.
