I have a Lenovo G560 with a Intel P6100 processor right now that I have had for 5 years or so and want to upgrade. I dont need a high end machine. I just use it for browsing, downloading, youtube, email, etc... Just everyday stuff. No gaming or video editing. I wanted to know if anyone knows anything about these two laptops and if they are a good deal. Also I hear April is a good time to buy laptops and is it worth it to wait until April to buy? Do I really spend more for an i5 processor for what I am doing or is the i3 plenty?  Thanks

This is the one I am leaning towards at the moment. Normally $499 and down to $359

This is the other one. $429 normally $569

Based on those two you suggested the Lenovo is clearly the leader.  More Memory for a 64 Bit OS and it has a built in dvd rw that the Transformer does not.
