Internal HDD issue - SeaTool wont run - GSmartControl data inside

Ive been experience some random crashing while gaming lately and last night it got really bad crashing, freezing mid game and then on the desktop after a prolonged reboot.  I checked the windows error log and noted some errors related to hard drives.

 

Troubleshooting and running Seatools DOS didnt work.  I tried the wingui and the drive wouldn't run fix long (*update* now its working, testing now).  The dos seatools just stops loading at XMS driver.  I ran the UBCD desktop and GSmartControl and this is what I got:

My questions are, what is the next step? 

Could it be something with the sata cable and not the drive?  This is a fairly new drive. 

Can I safely copy everything from this drive to another with no problems?  Do I need to do it invidual folders at a time? 

It is still under warranty with Seagate, do I need to start that process?  Will they hassle me because I don't have a seatools/smart error code? 

It does pass the Seatools SMART check when I run that.  Fix All Fast also passes fine.  Fix All Long didn't run the first time, running it again now.

Quick update.  After not running the first time, the fix all long test on seatools did run and work, and everything passed.

 

I am more confused than ever now.
