So I've been having a BSOD problem on this computer for a while now. It's intermittent, and doesn't seem to be associated with doing anything particular on the computer. Frequently happens while watching video, but that's because this computer is frequently used to watch video.

While trying to fix it before, I formatted and reinstalled Windows, but I'm still having the same problem which leads me to believe this is a hardware issue. Today, the computer BSOD'd on me 3 times within the span of 15 minutes, which is why I'm now here on BleepingComputer :)

I'm attaching the latest DMP file, but I actually have 50 of the things (!) Yes, I know, I've been neglecting this for far too long...

Anyway, I would really appreciate any help in trying to figure this out. I'm about ready to throw in the towel and buy a new computer, which is something I really can't afford right now.

Normally, this might be an indication that a hard drive is failing...but your drive doesn't reflect any problems in its SMART data that I can see.

You seem to have a problem with installing certain critical updates for Windows...any details you'd like to share?

Moving topic to Internal Hardware forum.
