paint.net startup/installation issue

when i tried to run PDN after awhile of not using it, it refused to open and displays this popup dm76rm.png .

i then tried to restart my computer but it didn't work and this popup came up again. finally i tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it also displays this popup. ive also tried using the tips from the other post about PDN but it still refuses to work. hope you guys could help me out here

Have you tried the forums at Paint.net?  The category for Troubleshooting and Bug Reports appears to be a good starting place.

i have tried visiting the PDN forums but the site just wont open for me
