Ace.dll is missing

I thought this was an Adobe file so I tried to reinstall flash player but I get a message that says " The instruction at 0x00445487 referenced memory at 0x00000000 the memory could not be read.


Also, occasionally, my computer when its powered on, will do CHKdsk. 


I think I am infected.
