Alfa Cleaner Help Me!

Hello all I am new here and I would just like to know if i can get some help. I ran the antispyware from yahoo that I have and it picked up the Alfa Cleaner Trojan but I have no idea how to remove it, it will not delete it will not quarantine. I ran my mcafee virus scan and it did not pick it up. I am totally lost. Is there anyone who can help?? Is there anyone who can give me clear and precise instruction on how to get rid of this thing? I am operating a Dell inspiron 9300 laptop and running windows xp, please help me
