Hello everyone,

I am really steaming. I created a website 8 yrs. ago, & have accessed it many times; but now i cannot access it. I know i am using the right password, but yet they deny me. I have done everything i could to resovle this issue but to to no satisfaction. PEOPLE-- Do not create a website with Tripod or Angelfire, because they will screw you over every time. Does anyone know who you can file a complaint with (on the internet) to get some kind of action to resolve this issue?

Thank-You

Was it a free account or paid account?

Did they delete the site?

Or won't they allow you access to the Webshell?

Did you viloate the TOS?

If it still exists, post a link.

Hello everyone,

Did not violate anything, website at that time (8 yrs. ago) was free & still is free-- from what they say. I have websites on pbwiki.com & xanga.com-- never had these issues with them--just Tripod & Angelfire. I will never recommend these websites to anyone.--I have lost 2 websites--never again will i use these websites. Hours & hours were devoted to these genealogy sites & i lost them. pee pee on them--i wish i could use stronger lanuage.

It pays to back up things on CD or thumb drive so they won't get lost...
