Spyware Quake Did Not Remove

Hi. I am new at this. But I followed the instructions for automated removal of Spyware Quake very carefully. The RogueScanFix failed in step 11, but the text log says it was successful.

When it tried to run the BFU, it was dispplaying text saying that it couldn't find a zip file. It scrolled so fast I couldn' t read everything. It said it tried a ssecond time and still couldn't find it. So it ended.

I also ran SmitRem and that seemed ok.

The spyware quake is still controlling my pc. What can I do to remove it?

You may have other concerns and I think a HijackThis actually is in store

I suggest you post a HijackThis log for examination.
A member of the HijackThis Team will walk you through, step by step, how to disinfect your computer.
Once you post your log, don't make any changes to your system, as that could change the results of the posted log, making it difficult to properly clean your system.
