Will this graphics card work? or what low budget one will

I recently bought a dell desktop and i really want to play new games with it i have checked the system requirements for those games like Advanced Warfare and everything is good except the desktop has no graphics card my friend offered to sell me a Sapphire HD 7850 Overclock Editon but idk if the power supply will be enough for it and I dont want to change the power supply, so will this card work or what really cheap card can i get that will work and will play games like Advanced warfare and far cry 4. Thank you

I don't know too much, but I don't think you can get that card in there even with the right amount of power. :( I've been trying to get my old HD 6850 into a cheap machine, but run into a problem every time. Either way, even just my 6850 requires a 500w Power Supply so yours must at least need that much too.. I COULD BE WRONG though.. so check back for other replies, or do a Google search and see how much power your card needs.

You need a 500W power supply for a Radeon 7870, the 7850 should require about the same.  There isn't much that can use a 300W power supply and deliver good performance for games like Far Cry 4.
