Partition 1      Partition ID: Disk #0, Partition #1      Disk Letter: C:      File System: NTFS      Volume Serial Number: 562673DD      Size: 150 GB
Used Space: 139 GB (92%)       Free Space: 11,2 GB (8%)

You have insufficient free space on your C: partition for Windows to operate as it should.  The recommended percentage of partition space on C: that should be free space:  at least 15%.

You have IObit Advanced System Care installed/running.  BC does NOT support the use of such applications.

Registry cleaner - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Registry_cleaner

Registry Cleaner FAQ, PC Support - http://pcsupport.about.com/od/registry-cleaner/a/registry-cleaner-faq.htm

Registry Cleaner, Animal - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/526247/tune-up-utilities-2014-problem/?p=3303494

I would uninstall the IObit program...and any others like it...which you may have installed.  Following uninstall, I would run the chkdsk / r command, followed by running the sfc /scannow command.  Your reg cleaner/optimizer programs may have resulted in damaged files, to include the registry and those commands might possibly mitigate the possibility of damaged/missing files.

I don't see anything outlandish with your services or hardware detail...but I'm no expert and don't want my comments misinterpreted.
