HAS A LINE THAT CONSTANTLY JUMPS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN, THIS COMPUTER IS ONLY A YEAR OLD. PLEASE HELP!!!

Can you please elaborate on the problem?

What exactly is happening?

When does the problem start?

What is your computer's build? (PC? Laptop? Operating System? Model? etc.)

HELLO, WHEN THE COMPUTER IS TURNED ON THE BOTTOM HALF OF THE SCREEN STARTS JUMPING, AND NEVER STOPS. IT STARTED ABOUT A MONTH AGO. IT IS A GATEWAY ONE ZX6980, 10 POINTS MULTI-TOUCH, I AM USING WINDOWS 8.1
