In the Action center, it says under Security that both my windows firewall and AV firewall are turned on. Two or more firewalls running at the same time can cause conflicts. What should I do?

If you are using a third party firewall then it is recommended that you turn off Windows Firewall.

You have also mentioned this in a topic you started in Malware Removal Logs. That topic is here http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/561052/my-computer-is-still-infected/

Please do not start multiple topics about the same issue. Doing so will cause confusion for you, those helping you and can delay/hinder the help process.

To avoid confusion this topic is closed.
