Fujistsu Laptop stuck in Startup Repair

Good Morning and Merry Christams, hope you are all doing well.

I have a fujitsu lifebook and cannot turn it on, it gets stuck at System Recovery Options and I get this messages:

"Startup Repair cannot repair this computer automatically,

I also cannot get into safemode

How do I fix this?
