I recevied an email frommyself the other day, but I didn't send it. It was my email address in the to and from lines; it ended up in my Bulk folder since it was spam. I sent a not to my ISP and they said to look for info on line (nice help). So how can I stop someone from using my email to send Spam? Thank-you!

A virus can search the address book & send emails using your address.
Either you or someone with your address in their address book is infected with a virus that does this.
Run a scan on your computer.
Contact anyone you know that might have your address in their address book & suggest they run a virus scan too.

There's been a flood of these at work. Imagine a mailing list of tens of thousands of employees
