I cannot figure out how to get rid of it.  A few days ago I started getting Avast notifications that about threats being detected and blocked (wvydeo redirect).  it was primarily tied to Chrome.  I deleted all of my browsers(Firefox,Chrome, and IE) and re-installed them.  Prior to that I had run Avast (boot level and regular scans), Malwarebytes, and Comoto.  Everything comes back clean.  After re-installing the browsers everything was fine for a few hours now this redirect keeps popping up.  Avast will chime 6-8 times saying it blocked this suspicious program but I just cant get it to stop.  I have watched the processes in the task manager several times and even when Chrome is closed there is 15-20 processes taking place in chrome yet it doesn't reflect that in the system tray.  I do not know what to do next so I am writing in to see if you can help.  The uploader will not open, either one which is why I posted the text from the file.  Sorry.  I will gladly email to anyone that can help.

Thank you in advance.  The following is the DDS.txt log:
