please i need help, my broadband connection is slow and does not download. please any help

Are we talkin' wireless, Ethernet or both?

Has one contacted the internet provider?

I notice on your profile page that Windows is the OS? What version and service pack (if any)?

One also lists Norton as anti-virus: Is that still valid?
