I use Firefox to browse the internet and check my Yahoo email. It has been rather annoying over the last few days that I keep getting a message - Access Denied - Description: You are not allowed to access the document you requested when I try to go into Yahoo. Sometimes I can access it when I first switch the computer on but sometimes the message is there right away. When I have been able to access it and then go to a different website, next time I try to access my email I get the message again.

I don't normally use Google Chrome but opened that so I could check my email and could then access it, but now that is being awkward as well. It will open when I first put the computer on, but I get five boxes come up saying Your profile could not be opened correctly. Some features may be unavailable. Please check the profile exists and you have permisson to read and write its contents. When I close the browser it won't then open again at all.

I can open my Yahoo App all right in my tablet so can check it there but it is very frustrating not being able to do it on my computer as well as it is easier to type emails on that.

I have a different email address with Yahoo that I can open all right in Internet Explorer.

I have done a virus scan and a Malware scan. Any advice would be appreciated.
