I installed Privacy Badger from the EFF and since then on almost every webpage it will block a tracker (cookie?) called www.best-deals-products.com (BDP from now on). BDP appears on in various websites (for instance, it's here on this website) and the blank New Tab page in Chrome. I installed Privacy Badger on both Firefox and Chrome and both get BDP.  Also, twice I've seen a console window flash open and close randomly.

I have run Windows Defender, Malwarebytes, Spybot, and Ad-aware without finding anything.  Though once when I ran a full scan with Ad-aware, mid-scan it said it found something but there was nothing when the scan finished.  I used ccleaner to wipe all web browser cache/cookies/history/etc.

I'm using Windows 8.1

Searching the internet I found this forum post https://superuser.com/questions/848853/what-is-best-deals-products-and-is-it-malware and those lines also appear in the source code of websites that have BDP.

Am I infected?

The above url address shows the following information

I use Ghostery, a browser tool which allows you to automatically block beacons, trackers, advertising, analytics and widgets.

Tools such as Ghostery and Privacy Badger detect (and show) a lot of this crap which the average user never notices during their Internet browsing.

So I'm safe?  Out of curiosity, why would I see it on one computer but not on another?
